It's a fact...Epcon Communities delivers a quality home and backs it up with excellent customer service. Quarry Lakes at Amherst is no exception.

Prior to closing on a new home at Quarry Lakes, each homeowner attends a Pre-Closing Inspection. This will be an opportunity to tour the home with a knowledgeable construction manager and learn about all of the home's systems. This is also the buyer's chance to inspect the home and to ask any unanswered questions at that time.

Approximately 45 days after closing, a customer service representative will return to perform minor adjustments and repairs that may be discovered during the first few weeks.

Approximately 11 months after closing, the customer service representative will return again to perform further warranty work needed at that time, excepting normal wear and tear.
