Prior to closing, Stone Works buyer's are invited to a "PRE-CLOSING INSPECTION" at which time Stone Works's on-site Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all systems and inspect every aspect of the residence to answer questions and identify any remaining work to complete.

Stone Works's Customer Service team will visit approximately 45 days following closing to complete adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.

Stone Works's experienced and knowledgeable Customer Service team addresses other items, excepting normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.
