Epcon Communities kicks off 9th Annual Condos for the Cure at The Courtyards at Jerome Village

Dublin, OH  |  09.18.17

In October 2009, Epcon Communities sponsored Condos for the Cure, an event to raise money as well as awareness of breast cancer, which affects one in eight women in the United States alone. In 2017, about 30 percent of all newly diagnosed cancers are expected to be breast cancer, according to Breastcancer.org.

Every October since then, Epcon’s Condos for the Cure has supported Breast Cancer Awareness Month by donating a portion of the proceeds from the sale of every new home that month to Susan G. Komen Columbus. To date, Epcon Communities’ charitable foundation, Pathways of Hope, has donated over $30,000 as a result of Condos for the Cure.

The 9th Annual Condos for the Cure will kick off on Thursday, October 5, from 5 to 7 p.m., with a reception at the new model home at The Courtyards at Jerome Village in Dublin, OH. We’re excited to welcome back Robyn Haines, host of NBC4’s “Daytime Columbus”, as our emcee. Guests will enjoy food, wine, and shopping, along with the chance to win one of the surprise giveaways.

The Courtyards at Jerome Village is one of Epcon’s low-maintenance communities, and the homes are beautifully designed and built. Residents will also enjoy the many community amenities, including a pickleball court, bocce ball court, community garden, walking paths, and spacious pavilion that overlooks the pond.

Please mark your calendar and join us for the kick-off of the 9th Annual Condos for the Cure on Thursday, October 5, from 5 to 7 p.m.

If you’re using a GPS, enter 7875 Ryan Parkway, Plain City, OH, for directions. The model is located at 10312 Silverbell Drive.
