The QualityMark Program is a quality control system managed by a staff that is independent from construction.  Its purpose is to provide a fresh, thorough inspection of every home several days prior to closing.  All items identified during the QualityMark inspection are finished and corrected with a goal of delivering a beautiful new home that is complete at closing…not months later.
