Building Process

Our building process consists of a 90-step schedule that spans approximately 90 calendar days.

From the start of the foundation to the closing date we follow a detailed process all aimed at making sure the home is 100% complete at the time of closing.

You will be invited to visit your home under construction during two critical phases - pre-framing and pre-drywall.  At these times, you will meet with the Superintendent to review any customer selections, special instructions or general building issues.

Approximately one week prior to closing you will meet with the Superintendent again during the New Home Orientation.  At this time, you will tour your new home to learn about the various electrical and mechanical components of your home and to review any unresolved construction items.

While the new home building process is exciting, we also recognize that it is also stressfull.  We intend to communicate with you weekly as your home is being built to keep you informed of our progress and to help you through the process.
