Building Process

From the start of the foundation to the closing date we follow a detailed process all aimed at making sure the home is 100% complete at the time of closing.

Approximately one week prior to closing you will meet with your Construction Superintendent during the New Home Orientation.  At this time, you will tour your new home to learn about the various electrical and mechanical components of your home and to review any unresolved construction items.

While the new home building process is exciting, we also recognize that it can be stressful.  We intend to communicate with you throughout the entire building process to keep you informed of our progress and to help you through it.

At the end of the journey we hope you have encountered a remarkable building experience!
