From the start of the foundation to the closing date we will follow a detailed process all aimed at making sure the home is 100% complete at the time of closing. Approximately one week prior to closing you will meet with your Construction Manager during the New Home Orientation. At this time, you will tour your new home to learn about the various electrical and mechanical components and to review any unresolved construction items. While the new home building process is exciting, we also recognize that it can be stressful. We intend to communicate with you throughout the entire building process to keep you informed of the progress. Our goal is that you will have encountered a remarkable building experience as you move into your beautiful Epcon home and start living a care-free lifestyle.
