Warranties & Guarantees

Epcon Communities' Sanctuary at Plum Brook delivers a well-built, quality home backed by excellent customer service.  Homes are completed to the highest standards and every attempt is made to inspect, finish, and correct all items prior to closing.  Buyer's are invited to a "PRE-CLOSING INSPECTION" at which time The Sanctuary's Construction Manager tours the new home to explain the operations of all the systems, inspect every aspect of the residence, and to answer any questions. The Sanctuary at Plum Brook's customer service team will visit approximately 45 days following closing to complete minor adjustments and repairs discovered during the first few weeks of residency.

The experienced and knowledgable Customer Service team addresses other items, except normal wear and tear and abuse, throughout the balance of the one year limited warranty.

The Sanctuary is a proud 5 STAR ENERGY BUILDER.  Our Nu-Wool Insulation provider will guarantee THE HEATING PORTION of  your gas bill for a period of 3 years or refund half of your heating cost overage.
