Carrell Group is a full-service design/build general contractor, specializing in custom residential homes in the Myrtle Beach, SC area, as well as in Brunswick County, NC. The company’s mission is to “Design and build beautiful homes with lasting enjoyment, value and strength”. Bruce Carrell founded the company in 1987 and today oversees the entire building organization. Over the last 34 years, Carrell Group has built over 1000 custom homes throughout the Grand Strand area. Their current staff consists of 17 employees, in addition to hundreds of valued vendors and subcontractor partners. They specialize in mid-range to high end custom home building and are recognized as one of the premiere hurricane reinforced home construction experts in the country. In addition to numerous local building awards, they have won first place in three separate national competitions for “Best Unlimited Residential ICF Home” in ICF Builder Magazine’s annual award presentations. For many years, Bruce has planned to build his own communities of quality homes. His new relationship with Epcon Communities has helped him reach this goal in a short time period.
