Integrity Group, led by John and Steve Delin, has over 30 years of Building and Development experience. While operating Commercial, Residential, and Development Divisions, Integrity Group's primary residential focus is on the Active Adult. As part of the Epcon family of builders, Integrity Group has taken its customer-centric focus and applied its experience to bring incredible communities close to where you are now. We don't believe that you have to move into subdivisions with thousands of rooftops to find what we deliver in smaller, community driven neighborhoods.
Currently, Integrity Group is actively engaged in three Active Adult communities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex branding these communities under the market name of Ladera. While three are in various stages development or construction, we have many more in our pipeline. Additionally, Integrity is expanding in the residential sector with its developing and building of non-active adult townhome communities.
