Our Team
Molly graduated from Southeastern University in 2019 with an Associate’s degree in Ministerial Leadership. After working various jobs, she joined Charis Homes in 2021 as the Administrative Assistant. She has since been promoted to the role of Office Manager.
Riley has been with Charis Homes since the end of 2018. She started as an administrative assistant and then was promoted to Selections Coordinator. She loves the opportunity to help each customer as they pick out all of the items that make their home what they imagined.
Shane has over 10 years of construction management and facility experience that he brought to the Charis team in 2021. He was recently promoted to Production Manager and oversees the field team and operations for both the custom and Epcon division of Charis Homes.
Zach graduated with his Bachelor’s degree in Construction engineering and technologies. He brought over 11 years of construction management when he started with the Charis Team in November of 2022. He currently oversees new construction, warranty, and customer service as a project manager.
