Pinnacle has had 12 Parade of Homes entries in the Ames spring show. We specialize in detail orientated unique floorplan designs ranging up to 7,000 sf of finished space.

Pinnacle has developed three subdivisions in Ames and is introducing its fourth neighborhood called Domani. Domani will include a new line of housing to the Ames Community and a new division to Pinnacle. That line will include zero entry homes with private courtyards in a community that includes a Clubhouse and Pool. Pinnacle has partnered with Epcon Communities. Epcon is a national firm that provides quality ranch homes in a maintenance free lifestyle.
